The fourth of July weekend is closing in on us and the Board Members had a special meeting to discuss the agenda and the annual letter to the Association. Click on this link to see the minutes and get a preview what is on the agenda for the upcoming Annual meeting.
The annual Lake Almanor Pines Property Owners Association meeting will include a BBQ for the entire community on Saturday July 2nd at 2:00PM. The annual meeting will be held after the BBQ. The meeting and BBQ will be held at the cul-de-sac at the end of Ponderosa Dr. in front of Marty Back’s house. Not only is everyone that lives in the Pines invited but being a holiday weekend any visitors or relative of Pines residents are also welcome. We hope to make this the first annual neighborhood BBQ so make plans to attend and please don’t hesitate if you have visitors. Everyone is invited. The Association will be providing Chicken in the Barrel, Chili and French Bread. We will also provide paper plates, utensils and tables. Members are asked to bring a chair, side dish of your choice and drinks of your choice. If your address ends in an odd number bring a salad and if it ends with an even number bring a dessert.
Don’t use the excuse that you have company because we want to not only meet them but fill their bellies. Let’s make this the First Annual Neighborhood BBQ!!!
