Happy New Year to everyone in Lake Almanor Pines. The holidays are over and it time to start thinking about shoveling snow, that is if your not in Arizona or someplace warm. We are finally getting some snow back on the mountain and hopefully the drought will ease up a bit and fill all the lakes to maximum.
The good news is that Lake Almanor Pines Property Owners Association has been revived from the FTB suspension and the Association is now in good standing with the Franchise Tax Board and the Secretary of State. We are now legal Beagles and ready to romp!
