Summer is coming fast and its time to start planning the Annual BBQ and Meeting. In previous years we have had the Annual meeting on the Fourth of July Weekend. When we were having it at Tantardino’s it only took a few hours out of our weekend but since we have started the annual BBQ it seems to dominate the weekend for a few of us who organize, setup and cook the meal. We love to do this but we also love to spend time with our relatives on this fun weekend. Article 2 Section 5 of the By-Laws state the annual meeting is to be held on the third Saturday of July. The Board of Directors in the past have decided to change the date to best fit the needs of the Association. We strive to set the date where as many people as possible can attend the meeting and BBQ, so with that said let’s have a poll and let the membership decide on a date. Please take the poll below to help decide a good date. We will use this data to determine the best date to hold the meeting and BBQ.

Well, I lost that race. But, the 14th and 21st has good ratings. I have a disorder called ASAP. Looking forward to the call being made so my vote is the 14th.
